At LOVON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.
  • Returned products must be complete with all accessories and included components.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged upon arrival. These may include:

  • Personal care products
  • Opened beauty products
  • Food and drink items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items marked as non-returnable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was supplied

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as LOVON cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange for eligible items. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard returns process.
